A slice of the future

„You seem to be lost in your thoughts, my dear. What could possibly make you to be so quiet suddenly?” asked master Nada with a tender smile sitting beside his padawan.
Aira-ty looked at him excitedly.
„I was just thinking. You know master, I had a dream.”
„A dream?”
„Yes, but not an usual dream. Much more like a vision. Sometimes I see… things. Slices of the future.” admitted Aira-ty.
„Oh my” smiled Nada tenderly. „And did anything come true what you saw earlier?”
„Yes, actually not once.” started to explain her experiments the little girl after seeing his master’s interest. „There was when I saw in a vision that master Ukiyo comes to the temple to choose a padawan for helself and she chooses Yariq Deshoo. Then three month later it happened!”
„Did you participate on the challenge?” inquired Nada.
„Nope” shook her head the little girl.
„Because you saw that the master will choose Yariq?”
„I had no chance, I already knew who she will choose.” shrugged Aira-ty.
Nada smiled and leaned close to his padawan placing his hand on her little shoulder.
„You know my dear, I believe we can shape our fate till a certain level. Maybe if you start to practice after that vision and participate the challenge, now you may have been her padawan.”
„You say, it was foolish from me not to attempt?” asked Aira-ty looking at her master worriedly.
„Not at all, just unwise and wiseness comes with age, my dear. You’ll gain it with time.” said Nada encouragingly.
Aira-ty nodded slyly.
„But master, I’m not sure about this… I mean, if I became master Ukiyo’s padawan, I wouldn’t know you. And I love to be your padawan…” blushed the little girl.
Nada’s eyes widened for a second then his features turned into a tender smile.
„And I love to be your master, my dear.”
Aira-ty smiled back to her master happily.
„Now, tell me about your last vision. What did you see?” asked master Nada.
„It was really weird. I saw a man, I never saw him before, though I didn’t even see his face, because he had a helmet, a really scary one!”
„Oh my, and what happened?”
„Actually nothing.” answered the girl confusedly. „He just stood there and looked back - at me. And though he had that scary helmet on, I-I felt so calm and… happy. I don’t understand but somehow I found him… nice and gentle. He held out his armored hand and I took it, somehow I felt that I trust him. It was so weird. I didn’t understand all of it.”
„Hm. And you’re sure it was a vision and not just a dream?”
„I’m pretty sure” nodded Aira-ty firmly. „Does that mean that I’ll meet him sometime in the future?”
„I couldn’t say that I’m an expert in these visions, I never had one myself, but the Jedi used to warn people to believe in these oracles. You should focus on the present.” said Nada then seeing his padawan’s discouragement he added with a tender smile:
„But I’m almost certain that you’ll learn who’s that mysterious man, sometime.”
Aira-ty looked at her master smiling as her excitement returned. She can’t wait to know more about this mysterious figure, though it can happen that at the time she finally meets him, she won’t even remember her vision concerning him.



I had a half done pic about Aira-ty and her master Nada Athura and wrote this little scene for it but then didn't like the drawing and made a new one for the scene. .___.
I wanted to show that Aira-ty time to time has visions and she saw actually a lot of things about her future but most of the time she doesn't know what is their meaning or simply forget them. But there are important visions too which she really cares about. For example she saw Jango and Boba too together and was really happy to know that she will have a family... uhhh... She saw Kahan too, but years before and forgot about it.
This one shows that she will have someone who she loves and who loves her too. I think Nada already suspects something after hearing this and knowing Aira's personality but he really cares for her and knows that despite he does his best to teach her, the strict jedi life is not for her, she couldn't be happy as a jedi. His last words to Aira when he was dying also were: "You'll find your path" He means not necessary how to be a jedi but she'll find her way how to live a good life.


I'm sorry for being inactive in these days another depressive time haha... Actually I drew A LOT, each day like 8 hours long... Just didn't feel the motivation to upload anything... I have a ton of sketches and finished pics... But... I don't know... But I didn't work on commissions, sorry... ^^""""
